– Promotion of racism, spam, pirated software, etc
– Defamatory material against persons or corporations
Moncton Web Hosting Policy:
- We do not issue refunds for as we provide pre-purchase demo service
Moncton Web Hosting Website Transfer Policy:
- Website transfers, including sql database files & emails, will incur an $80.00 processing fee (this includes domain name as well). We will process order when confirmation of payment is received.
Moncton Web Hosting Email Policy:
- Use of email account(s) for spam related activities is prohibited
Moncton Web Hosting Upload Policy:
- Files uploaded must be connected with client website.
Moncton Web Hosting Integrity Policy:
- We do not allow the illegal uploading of pirated/illegal software on our servers
– We do not allow any type of pyramid scheme type websites on our servers
Moncton Web Hosting Payment Terms
- We accept cash or cheque only. We do not accept IOU’s.
– Non refundable deposit of $200.00 is required prior to site work being initiated.
– Full payment is due within 7 business days of site being live (on the internet)
– Late payment of $10.00 per day will apply on overdue payments – After 14 business days of non payment, account will be terminated without initial refund
Moncton Web Hosting Contractual Agreement:
- Prior to site work being initiated, client will be required to sign a yearly contract with Moncton Web Hosting

- Clients found in violation of the above Terms Of Service will have account terminated without warning or notice. We value integrity and character and as such we do not accept clients who seek to engage in online activity which is questionable. Our focus is on professional website design for professional clients only. All of our clients reflect our business model and our business model reflects each of our clients. Therefore, only clients engaging in legitimate professional website transactions are accepted into our family friendly environment. In short, we host and design only for the best of clients with genuine business dealings.
